Means The Power To Do The Task!

TRAINING @ QZS

A trained employee is a safe employee equipped with all the technical knowledge to fulfil their operational activity. Q25 has its own training school to professionally train its employees.

Our Training School

Q2S has its own training school for its cleaning operatives, supervisors and managers allowing the company to take on even the toughest cleaning challenges through in depth training courses.

Before any staff member is moved to site, they are fully evaluated for technical effectiveness. They are then issued with job Descriptions, Goals and Objectives and inducted safely to their site working environment.

The British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSC), UK has approved QZS Training School as an Assessment Centre on December 2018 by Mr. Peter, following the successful completion of BICSC assessor training by our four deaning professionals as an assessor on 6th Dec, 2018 at QZS Training School, Bahrain.

Through in-depth training, the Center offers courses related to Cleaning and Pottery Services under the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSC) methodology to all qualified and non- qualified deaning operatives, supervisors, and managers allowing the centre to tackle even the

most challenging cleaning situations. The three to seven-day course program will begin on the first day of the course and will end with the awarding of certificates to successful candidates.

Since the inception of QZS TRAINING SCHOOL, the company has grown tremendously to provide unique training services to our customer’s needs. With extensive experience in both cleaning services and management, we are able to provide our clients with effective professional services. Our ongoing training and certifications to improve our staff technical skills, safety, and management give us the credibility to confidently provide customer satisfaction. We believe that a trained employee is a safe employee who has all of the technical knowledge required to carry out his or her operational activity.
